Working with Dr Padma’s nutritional and lifestyle program has made me aware and held me accountable for making healthier food choices and being consistent with exercise . My life has changed for the better as I am cooking and doing more food prep which has been instrumental while following Padma’s nutritional program. I have been more conscious of my well-being since following her program. The weekly emails with the newsletters, daily logs, shopping list items, menus kept me motivated and eager to follow the program. I am impressed with Dr Padma’s drive to help find holistic, healthy ways to help our bodies heal and to prevent future problems. I was very reluctant to sign up for the Lifestyle Transition program after having done so many different diets over the years. However, I am so glad that I did! The foundation of this program is to make better choices and to limit the hours that you eat. There are no special foods to buy and you can choose your meals. Padma was an amazing support and we had weekly check-ins where she would answer any questions and offer advice. The materials were very beneficial and I enjoyed the variety of different exercise options. The program is very customizable to your level of fitness and to your nutrition needs. I highly recommend giving it a try!!
